Yoga 101: Back to Basics

Join us for our monthly “Back to Basics” Yoga Workshop. Find breath and alignment as you explore the asana practice. This month’s workshop will be led by Laura Talafer.

This two-hour workshop is ideal for beginners as well as regular practitioners looking to refine their practice. Students will explore foundational postures, breath practices and mindful movement through sun salutations, standing poses, balances, gentle arm balance exploration, seated stretches, and a restorative savasana. You’ll come away from the workshop with a stronger understanding of accessibility, clear alignment, and a deeper connection to the fundamentals of yoga.
