Heated Vinyasa with Guest Teacher Giulia Castellani & Sound Bath with Caterina Dau

Join Caterina Dau this Sunday, May 24th from 12:30-1:30 PM for an immersive sound bath experience following the 11 am Heated Vinyasa with Special Guest Teacher Giulia Castellani.

Surrender to the subtle medicine of sound through an immersive sound bath, which is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself. Guided by the healing resonance of crystal bowls and other instruments, the practice creates a deeply nourishing space where sound becomes a pathway to inner stillness, energetic balance, and gentle renewal. The journey begins with a brief gentle meditation, allowing the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the heart to open. As the journey unfolds, layered tones and vibrations wash through space, helping to calm the nervous system, release held tension, and support a deeper state of rest, reflection, and presence. As the session comes to a close, a soft awakening brings you back slowly: grounded, clear, and deeply restored. This is more than relaxation; it is a moment to receive, reconnect, and be held by sound.

About Caterina:

Caterina works with sound as a subtle yet powerful language of energy, presence, and inner connection. For the past four years, she has explored the depth of vibration and its ability to support rest, emotional release, stress relief, and reconnection through crystal singing bowls and other instruments. What began as personal practice, a way to experience the benefits of sound deeply within herself, naturally evolved into a desire to share this support with others. Her practice invites you to slow down, listen more deeply to yourself, and reconnect through the transformative power of sound. Each session is a moment dedicated entirely to you: an opportunity to step away from the outside world, soften into stillness, and open yourself to inner exploration. Rooted in harmony and love, Caterina creates a space where new perspectives can emerge, allowing something within to shift, move, and awaken, even in stillness.

About Guest Teacher Giulia Castellani:

Twelve years ago in London, Giulia rolled out a mat hoping to find a few minutes of peace. She found a whole lot more. What began as a physical practice opened into philosophy, ritual, and a way of moving through the world she hasn’t put down since. She signed up for her first YTT in 2016, thinking she just wanted to understand it for herself, but fell so completely in love with it that sharing it felt inevitable.

She started by teaching friends and hosting small events in London while finishing university, then taught at Zem in Rome before moving to Luxembourg, where yoga became her full-time path. In 2024 she completed her 300-hour training and is now a registered E-RYT 500. She’s held many different jobs over the years, but the mat has always been the constant.

Expect a class that asks something of you. Giulia’s sequencing is strong and intentional, designed to help you discover capacities you didn’t know you had, but always with care, modifications, and hands-on adjustments so every level feels held. She weaves dharma talks and philosophy into her teaching, because for her the postures and the wisdom behind them belong together. Whether it’s your first class or your thousandth, you’ll find a safe space to land.
