FREE Yoga 101: Back to Basics

Join us for this month's FREE “Back to Basics” Yoga Workshop. This two-hour workshop is ideal for beginners as well as regular practitioners looking to refine their practice. Students will explore foundational postures, breath practices and mindful movement through sun salutations, standing poses, balances, gentle arm balance exploration, seated stretches, and a restorative savasana. You’ll come away from the workshop with a stronger understanding of accessibility, clear alignment, and a deeper connection to the fundamentals of yoga.
